After a hot breakfast, we take you through snowmobile safety, do a riding briefing and equip you with riding gear. We ride directly from Glacier House Resort onto Frisby Ridge. This area has great snow, alpine meadows, steep hills and climbs. Enjoy lunch in our private cabin and learn the art of side-hilling and climbing. Then negotiate the 'Ridge' with its spectacular views and 4000ft drop-off to the west, before returning to Glacier House Resort where you can enjoy a drink in the pub and relax in the sauna, pool or hot tub. Dinner is enjoyed near the open fire-place of the Gallery Restaurant and Bar.
Explore Boulder or Turtle Mountain, depending on conditions. Famous for its treacherous Turbo Hill and near impossible Sugar Bowl, Boulder Mountain offers terrain you have seen in the Braaap DVD's. As we explore the mountains there's lots of time for pictures and improving your mountain riding techniques. As we say at Great Canadian Tours, 'if you don't get stuck, you are not trying hard enough'. Return to Glacier House Resort at approximately 3.30pm.
