We do our best to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants. Snowmobiling, dirt biking, side by sides, and other outdoor sports involve some risk. We require all guests to sign an assumption of risks and damages as well as a liability waiver prior to departure. Guests under the age of 19 must have a parent or legal guardian sign the waiver on their behalf.
